Shichi Go San Festival Food Stall & Market Products Submissions 2014
So, you’re interested in having a stall at the Shichi Go San Festival? Great!
We like to look after you. This is our first year running the Shichi Go San Festival and we hope to have many more in the future. To become a stall holder is easy. Click on the forms below.
Either fill in the word version on line or print off the pdf version and scan it in and email back to us. All the contact details are on the forms.
If you are worried about Terms and Conditions, don’t be! They aren’t too rigid but we do have some. They are set out on the Stallholder Application Form. So get cracking and we look forward to having you on board!

If you are intending to sell goods that are for human consumption (food & drinks) of any description then you will also need to complete a “Food Stall” application. This is forwarded directly to Health Services at Town of Cambridge.
This form is in addition to the standard Stallholder application and acceptance of the Stallholder application for any stall selling food or food related products is dependent upon approval of the Food Stall application.

It is a requirment of the Shichi Go San Festival that all stall holders have Public Liability Insurance. A current to date
Certificate of Public Liability is also required and must be presented with your final application.
The Department of Commerce do request that you register with them. So you also have to fill out these forms too. There isn’t any charge to register. They will issue you with a Certificate and you have to have that with you whenever you are trading. (They do come and check-up occasionally!)
